Panda Baby is committed to ensuring that item(s) are delivered to customers as soon as possible.
Verification
An email of confirmation will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. (If you didn't submit an email ID, we were not able to send you the confirmation email.) We start to prepare your order immediately after it is verified. Based on this situation, it may be difficult for us to modify or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to meet your needs.
Processing
Normally, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping
Standard Shipping takes 7-15 business days to arrive, and Express Shipping (For fast and accurate delivery, a phone number is required on shipping information) takes 3-6 business days to arrive when logistic tracking number comes out.
Tracking
If you can't track your package by using the tracking number, please do not worry, you are suggested to contact us as soon as possible, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, it may take longer time than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.
* Please contact our Customer Service or your sales representative within 1 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Please be noted that overdue requests may not be accepted.
