Panda Baby has a professional quality inspection team and strict quality inspection process, each of your item(s) will go through 4 full QA procedures before shipping. In addition, we also hope the customer may take the action of checking the size/model carefully and accurately before placing an order. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the item page.
Returns & Exchanges
We will be sorry if you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, nevertheless, we are glad to accept returns for most new item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
Return Process
1. Please contact Customer Service (Email: info@pandababy3c.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Meanwhile, your kind patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account in 3-5 days. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email or a message of comfirmation, and you will receive the refund at the same day. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
Return Conditions
1. Panda Baby's Responsibility
If Panda Baby is responsible for the issue (damaged or incorrect product shipped), we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a full refund, including the shipping cost, or resend a free replacement to you at our expense. This solution is only when Panda Baby is responsible for shipping the wrong item(s)/ size.
2. Customer's responsibility
Incorrect order(size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, a return is also accepted. In this case, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee of both ways for an exchange. If the customer requests a refund instead, we will refund the original product price only, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item(s), or simply want to exchange the item(s) to be another one(s), they can report this situation to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
3. Items to be returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept the return and returned items that were sent back by customers directly without reporting to us at first.
How to exchange the order?
Please contact us to get the authorised return address. After we get the return, we will resend an new one to you.
Return Address
If you wish to return the item(s) to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service or your sales representative, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package, that is not returns address. If you do that, it will affect the processing of your return.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll inform you once the modification has been confirmed.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
